Beautiful By Cristie bio picture

Beautiful

At the age of 13, I knew that when I grew up I wanted to have my own business and the name of that business was going to be, “Beautiful by Cristie.”  Because of my Grandmas influence I had become known by my friends and family for finding beauty in just about everything.

From there everything in my eyes became art.  I loved when something I could see would evoke emotion.  When something made me feel......to me reality became beautiful.

Adam & Brianne

These two kept me laughing the entire time..they are an awesome couple who know how to have fun together.  So enjoyed this freezing cold shoot :-)

Adam & Brianne

Adam

Brianne, her eyes are beautiful!

Adam’s style is so cool, he was inspiring to me.

Bri’s personality is bubbly and sincere..love her!

They are such a cool couple, they are both so real and refreshing.

Beautimous!

Their serious side…that lasted about 10 seconds..lol

Thought this was an appropriate  one to “END” with ;-)

Thanks Guys, you were great and what troopers in 35 degree weather…..had so much fun with you!

The King Family

This past Saturday morning I had the privilege to hang out with and photograph the King Family.  They are one of the most laid back, fun families ever.  Had a great time with them all!

The Beautiful and very independent Miss Marlee

The adorable and super fun dare devil Miss Julia

She paused only for one second and then like a flash was gone again..lol

You have to LOVE Fall, the colors and of course the big leaves.

Such pretty detail on her little dress and tiny shoes.

Thanks again King Family! You guys were awesome! Next time I think we should include the Pugs :-)

Komen Chattanooga Race for the Cure

This past Sunday(Sept. 27th) my friend Amy and I did Race for the Cure. It was a great day!  I grab a few shots with my little Canon point and shoot.

It was so heartbreaking to see how many people have lost loved one’s to such a terrible disease.

The Starting line

I wore this is memory and honor of my Aunt Debbie

And it begins, when everyone started running and walking it was so emotional for me, I cried watching that many people come together for one cause. There really is power in numbers.

People pushing survivors in wheelchairs

Amy & I walking…perfect weather for it!

Loved what this shirt said

Coming up on the finish line!

A very sweaty Amy & me afterwards.

I am so glad that I did this, I thought I was going to do something for others, and instead it benefited me.  It was encouraging and makes you realize that your problems are just not that bad. When you see others going through things like that. I am grateful and blessed for my life and the life I get to live.

Thanks for sharing in this day with me, and to all of you who supported me financially and emotionally thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Ellie on the way

To most people there is nothing more beautiful than an expecting mother.  The glow, the excitement of the little one soon to arrive.  When I look at these images, I see such peace..the Mom, Katie is just beautiful inside and out…I am sure little Ellie will be too.
